Her years of experience as a real estate agent help guide her design sensibility as she ensures that the designs she proposes will help clients add value to their homes and appeal to future buyers. Julia does everything from choosing design elements for a space to managing extensive gut renovation projects to staging homes for resale.

Julia is a creative, energetic, and out-of-the-box thinker. With a can-do attitude, she approaches projects with a solutions-focused mindset, even when the odds seem impossible. Renovating is in her blood, and her eye for design is spot-on. She makes everything beautiful while considering each critical detail.

With an undergraduate degree from New Zealand's prestigious University of Auckland, Julia has lived worldwide, including in New Zealand, South Korea, Spain, and Germany. Her experiences in each country helped form her design viewpoint, and her experiences as a television host in South Korea trained her to think quickly on her feet while staying calm under pressure and improvising solutions when issues arise during projects.
